"SUPERVISION TIME"

 

 The quality and fairness of examinations is to a large extent determined by the quality of the exam supervision. The importance of good exam supervision can therefore not be overestimated. So i was focused in determining and ensuring the need to maintain decorum in an exam hall. Examination supervisor are also called test proctors who oversee exams so as a supervisor i was alert about the spirit of my duty at all terms. My goal as an exam supervisor is to ensure that all who take the test receive equitable treatment, that all testing procedures are followed and that all examinees have the same opportunity to excel on the test. Mainly i had duty on both forenoon and afternoon section. Student's overall performance was good even though there was some mishaps in between which was created by the 10th standard students in the hall. One of my biggest tension i had was on 18th where my students had English exam in afternoon section. I went through all the three exam hall to explain the questions and even to clarify students doubt mainly in the first part- comprehension question on both prose and poem. The questions was quite simple and mainly every students attempted well other than the last section mainly the editing part, conversation section and notice making because some students lack the ability to construct sentence and their backwardness in grammar part but everything went smooth and well. The last day our school management have organized a small Christmas party by cutting the cake and even distributed plum cakes to every students and students from 8th standards set a small Christmas crib in their class with LED lights and music system. I had a wonderful experience with my students to commemorate the beauty and joy of a great festival.
